Terms of Use

About this website

This site is a portfolio of work made by Asim Qayyum Jewellers. It is not an online shop. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no order is placed through it.

The pieces shown

Every piece photographed here has been made by our workshop. Many are one of a kind and may already belong to someone. Availability is confirmed only when you speak to us.

Why there are no prices

Our work is priced by weight, stones and the labour a piece takes, and gold rates move. Quoting a figure on a page would mislead you, so we give a price when we understand what you want.

Custom and made to order

Most of what we make is adjusted to the wearer, and some pieces are made from scratch to a brief. Timelines, materials and cost are agreed with you in writing before any work begins.

Colour and photography

We photograph in natural light and do not retouch stones. Even so, gold tone and stone colour can look different between screens. Please see a piece in person, or ask us for video, before deciding.

Our photographs and designs

The photographs, designs and text on this site belong to Asim Qayyum Jewellers. You are welcome to share a link. Please do not copy our images or designs for commercial use without asking first.

Your inquiry

Please give us accurate contact details, and do not send anything unlawful or abusive through the form. We may decline an inquiry at our discretion.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but descriptions and availability can fall behind. Nothing here forms a warranty. What we agree with you directly is what counts.

Links elsewhere

Our social media and WhatsApp links take you to services we do not control. Their terms apply once you leave this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
